The AG Debt Solutions service works the same whether you decide to contact us by e-mail, phone, post, or by arranging to come and see us or completing the Financial Review form. Remember, if you wish, you can approach us anonymously – all we need is some method of being able to contact you. In addition, the initial review of your financial position and the provision of options is completely free of charge.

In order to be able to review your financial position we will need the following information:-
- your income after tax (and if you live with someone else, this should be the total for household)
- your monthly essential living expenses
- your assets (ie your home, car and anything else of significant value)
- the amounts you owe to your creditors.

You will find it helpful to refer to the Financial Review form for further details of the information required (for example, a list of the things you are likely to spend money on each month), even if you choose to contact us by another means.

Upon receipt of this information, we will review it, and will then provide you with a list of the likely solutions available to you for solving your financial problem. This will be specifically tailored to your circumstances, and will explain each of the options concerned so that you can fully understand them.

If we are able to help with an option, we will advise you what the next step is. If not, we will advise you what you need to do and where you need to go.
